Like you, we started as typical 9-to-5 corporate employees seeking career growth and development to work towards achieving our ideal self-perceived homes; (Such as having a family to live together comfortably with!)
Like you, we’ve faced the biggest headache of all; overwhelming volume of information. Even as local citizens, we are often confused by the laws towards and understanding the vast rules and regulations set by the Singapore government entities when it comes to making decisions to buy a house in Singapore.
What’s worst is, as we progressed into the real estate industry, we’ve encountered numerous incidents whereby potential homeowners have gone through undesirable situations, such as:
- Found out about unforeseen regulations that after they’ve placed a deposit, they found out that they cannot afford to buy them after all, resulting in losses of the deposit set.
- Encountered leasing issues, such that upon handing over the unit, the landlord points out numerous issues that tenants failed to rectify, resulting in security deposit to be deducted.
- Some negative news seen in newspapers within the industry, that led to the lack of trust towards home specialists
- Too much varieties of real estate services to look at, causing you to be really confused on what is important.
The list goes on.. This is why we established PropertyWiki, in hopes to become a brand name that serves to help those in need of information found all over the web in one neatly compiled easy-to-use website for your easier reference. Also, we would like to offer our dedicated services to help connect you to the right network and contacts to ease you the hassle from having to source them yourself without compromising the service delivery that you need.

We hope that PropertyWiki can be your go-to for your knowledge reference guide for Real Estate matters.
