Gordon has been within the industry for the last 5 years, with his current role within Sterling Law Corporation as a business development manager. Some of his core duties include being at the forefront to address to all queries by property agents, mortgage bankers and clients alike, hence the very reason why he possesses the necessary exposure and experiences needed to understand the perspective of each of their roles and to be able to provide the right solutions every time. Internally, he actively plans and prepare conveyancing presentations for his lawyers when it comes to presenting to agents and bankers.
Finally, coupled with his past banking experience in Citibank as a pricing analyst, he has been deeply involved in being very conscious on all figures and to flag out inconsistencies. Thanks to the exposure by one of the largest global banking institution, that accounts to why he is consciously careful and confident towards his calculations with his clients on money to prepare/cashiers order to prepare without any sudden hiccups upon their meeting with clients in this current role. The banking industry has also greatly exposed him to how it works internally in the backend, hence as a forefront person in his current role, he is able to understand the timeline and situation on what goes on behind the scenes.

Junius possess the experience and exposure in working with some of the major professional services organisations, both local and MNC, from professional services to retail and government services, to initiate Corporate Strategic Planning
or Business Development initiatives, to executing Corporate Project Management and supported Change Management initiatives for stakeholders.
Some achievements included acting as a consultant for the 6th largest law company locally, marketing and Business Development for other business entities and especially within the real estate industry. Most of his experiences include working closely with the external and internal partners to recommend improvement initiatives, implement and tracking deliverables to achieve key commercial targets and desired goals set by the management board.
With proven results, Junius has been successfully known as a trusted commercial specialist who not only possesses unique ideas, but also with a Do-or-Die trying attitude.
Junius is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) by PMI, and PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner.
