These 58 landed housing areas have No Plot Ratio (in the Master Plan)

·       Landed Housing Areas cannot be converted to more intensive use (eg, cannot build apartments / flats)

·        Terrace Houses can only be built at Mixed Landed Area

Strata Bungalow, Strata Semi-D, Strata Terrace, Mixed Strata Housing

·        Having Facilities DOES NOT make it a Condominium

·        No condominium status (restricted to foreigners)

·        Max 40% Site Coverage (max 35% GCBA)

·        Min 60% uncovered area. Of which min 45% for Communal Open Space and at least 25% of the 45% for greenery

·        Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) is formed to maintain the common areas (in short commonly known as MC)
