Basic Retirement Sum (BRS) stands at $88,000 as of 2019.
If CPF members own a property with remaining lease that can last them to at least 95 years old and choose to withdraw their Retirement Account savings (excluding interest earned, any government grants received and top-ups made under the Retirement Sum Topping-up scheme) above their BRS.
