Eunosville (Brief History)
The Eunosville development was built in 1987 with 71 years left on its lease, and consisted of 330 units made up of 75 apartments and 255 maisonettes. It was a former HUDC development. MCL acquired the land in 2017 to become the third biggest collective sale in Singapore at the time and planned to redevelop it to a private condominium. it was expected to be home to up to 1,399 units, with an average size of just over 750 square feet (70 square metres), and the lease will be increased back up to 99 years by the developer.
