Brief info on the tender of the land parcel
The URA released for tender a new parcel of land (Parcel C) along Tampines Avenue 10, at the junction of Tampines Streets 85 and 86. After bidding was closed in April 2017, it was announced the largest bid by some considerable margin, for the site earmarked for private residential development, was put in by City Developments (CDL).
The land parcel was sold to CDL at a land bid price of approximately $370 million which is equivalent to about $565.42 psf ppr.
